Firearms ship to a licensed dealer (FFL) of your choice anywhere in the country. You complete the ATF Form 4473 and the background check at the counter when you collect: 21 and over for handguns from a dealer, 18 and over for rifles and shotguns under federal law. Optics, lights, parts and gear ship straight to your door where your state allows.
